Fifteen years in removals will do that. I started as a porter, became a driver, spent 7 years in the trenches. Then I moved to the office and spent multiple years managing operations, scheduling, quoting, fleet logistics, storage logistics, finances, customer support, and all that good stuff.

I'm obsessed with optimization - I've tested a ton of sales scripts, workflows, and automations I could find to make my work easier and more predictable. The more I learned the more I wanted to know, so eventually, I left the industry to pursue these new passions full-time.

Along the way, I started working with YouTubers and TikTokers. The online business world taught me even more about being effective and efficient, automation is a big thing in this world.

I started sharing what I was learning with my removal friends still running their companies. You know bits here and there. When they kept asking for more, I realized other removal business owners could benefit from these systems too.

That's how Removal Dude came to life.
